Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology
With the increased use of technology in health care, the radiology profession is growing faster than ever and radiologic technologists are leading the way. Radiographers are on the cutting edge of scientific progress, working with the latest in medical advancements.
As a radiographer you will utilize knowledge of radiation protection, radiobiology imaging equipment, nursing principles and human anatomy and physiology to create medical images used to identify potential medical problems. Our radiology program combines classroom teaching and learning with clinical experiences for individuals interested in this high tech profession.
Individuals interested in the Radiologic Technology program at St. Luke's College, must apply for admission and meet all admission requirements of St. Luke's College. In addition, applicants must complete four (4) hours of job shadowing with a radiologic technologist in a medical center radiology department. Documentation of all shadowing hours is required.
RADIOLOGY APPLICATION DEADLINE: January 31, 2026. To be considered for the Fall 2026 semester, all applications for the Radiologic Technology program must be submitted and file-complete no later than January 31, 2026. The application, admission essay, documented shadow hours, ACT exam results (if taken), and official transcripts from high school and all colleges attended must be received.
